I find there are some articles missing when I browse your site in the Uni's lab, but they are all coming back when I visit it again in my room. I guess there is a problem on conversion between Windows system in English and that in Chinese.
Anyhow, a suggestion for you. Since I used to work as an editor, I sort of know something about publishing companies in Taiwan. Have you ever considered a company called 'Bookman'? I am sure you must be familiar with this book shop (aka Bookman Publlishing Company). A friend of mine worked there before. As far as I know, they always look for some nice topics on the English language and English-language teaching materials and to get them published. Perhaps it is a good choice.
